This painting is a row of “Skinny Guys”. This recurring image is a simplification of a human form. Without many identifying features, the skinny guys appear uniform. Upon further inspection, each figure has their own unique personality.
The painting started as a “drip painting” utilizing the techniques Jackson Pollack used. The common latex paint was finished with layers of oil to create depth, but leave the drips. Painted in 2021 over a painting created in 1998.

To keep it simple, I’ve included the shipping in the total price. If you live in the Chicago area, we may be able to schedule a studio visit, or I may be able to deliver the paintings in person.
